Privacy policy

Customer names, addresses, job descriptions, prices, labour rates, materials and logos stay in this browser. They are not sent to analytics, and they are not stored on the PlumbMargin server. There is no account and no central customer database.

A licence activation sends the licence key and a device label to a PlumbMargin endpoint, which passes them to Lemon Squeezy when live mode is on. The full key is not written to server logs. The key is stored on this device so it can be rechecked. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and processes the payment. Their privacy notice applies to that payment.

Anonymous events may be counted: opening a page or the app, starting or finishing the public calculator, opening the demo, starting or completing a quote, previewing a PDF, hitting the free limit, clicking unlock, starting checkout, and activating a licence. With those events the site may send utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign from the link you used. It does not send quote contents, customer details or prices.

The site does not use Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, or other third-party advertising trackers.
