PlumbMargin is a calculation and quoting tool. It is not legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, engineering or plumbing-compliance advice. You check figures, rates and whether a quote is suitable before you send it.

Example labour rates and the demo job are illustrations. They are not UK industry standard rates and they are not a promise of profit.

The free version stores up to three genuine quotes on the device you are using. A one-time licence (£49.00) removes that limit for the current major version and its updates. Future major versions may be sold separately. There is no subscription in this version.

The licence is digital content, not supplied on a tangible medium. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for that sale. Shervin Yousefzadeh is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT on the licence. Any sales tax on the checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy.

Before you pay, you are asked to agree that supply starts immediately and that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once the licence key is made available. That request and acknowledgement are required for digital content. If they are not collected, the cancellation right is not waived. Refunds that are still offered are described on the refunds page.

The licence key works on three devices. You can deactivate a device and activate another.

Quotes are stored locally. You are responsible for exporting a backup. Clearing the browser can delete them.
