Refund policy

The one-time licence is sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Shervin Yousefzadeh does not charge VAT on it.

Digital content can start immediately. If you agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right, that right ends once the licence key is made available. If that agreement is not collected, you keep the cancellation right.

Separately, a refund is offered within 14 days of purchase if the software does not do what the product page describes. Lemon Squeezy processes that refund. Uninstalling the app or clearing the browser does not by itself request a refund.
